    1. Introduction

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between inithouse.com s.r.o., a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Czech Republic, with its registered office at Příčná 1892/4, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, IČO: 23374390 ("Company", "we", "us"), and you, the user ("User" or "you").

    These Terms govern your access to and use of VerdictBuddy and its associated AI-powered conflict resolution services (collectively, the "Service").

    2. The Service & AI Nature

    2.1 Functionality

    The Service provides AI-powered tools for analyzing conflicts, generating impartial verdicts, and facilitating peaceful resolution of disputes.

    2.2 AI Disclaimer

    You acknowledge that the Service uses generative AI technologies:

    • Probabilistic Nature: Outputs are generated based on statistics and probability. The Service may produce inaccurate or incomplete information.
    • No Legal Advice: The Service does NOT provide legal, medical, or financial advice. AI verdicts are for entertainment and personal reflection only.
    • Human Judgment: You are solely responsible for how you use or act upon any verdict or recommendation.

    3. Free Service

    VerdictBuddy is provided as a free service. No registration or payment is required to use the core functionality. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future.

    4. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or have parental/guardian consent.

    5. Intellectual Property

    5.1 Our Rights

    inithouse.com s.r.o. owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, code, and trademarks.

    5.2 Your Content

    You retain ownership of the data you input ("Input") and the verdicts generated ("Output"). We do not use your data to train our AI models.

    6. Acceptable Use Policy

    You agree NOT to use the Service to:

    • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or promotes harm.
    • Submit false information with intent to harm others.
    • Reverse engineer the Service or attempt to extract source code.
    • Use the Service to build a competing product.
    • Abuse the service with automated requests or spam.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY CZECH LAW:

    7.1 INITHOUSE.COM S.R.O. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR ANY OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM ACTING UPON AI VERDICTS.

    7.2 THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

    7.3 This limitation does not apply to damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or damages to life and health.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Prague, Czech Republic.
